This position is responsible for the overall administration of the Tulane Parenting Education Program (TPEP) in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. The position plays a major role in the coordination of all activities between TPEP, the State of Louisiana Family Resource Services office, and the clients (parents and children) who are serviced through this system.
  • Experience in Office Management
  • Experience in office organization
  • Experience in working with Office Suite and Data Base Management
  • Experience in working with video editing and DVD production
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various populations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of administrative experience in mental health/academic setting
  • Superior writing skills
  • Experience in working with children
