Job Summary
Performs administrative assistant support work of moderate complexity.
Essential Functions
Processes a large volume of scheduling requests for Student Affairs via email, ticketing system, and data reports. Completes room reservations, catalog updates, clinical section appointments, as well as term, course, and instructor edits. Abides by all applicable University timelines, due dates, and system requirements. Enters accurate information into databases and records to ensure correct scheduling outcomes. Responds to all communications in a professional, timely manner. Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Microsoft Excel is necessary.
