- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, customer service, or a similar administrative role, showcasing expertise in managing and coordinating collaborative work across teams and events, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Proven experience in a managerial role with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as external vendors and stakeholders.
- Capacity to anticipate needs, adapt to changing priorities, and address multiple demands efficiently.
Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Administrative Services Manager will include:
- Supervision and Leadership: Lead a team of administrative assistants, provide guidance and training, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Meeting Space Management: Oversee meeting space accessibility, coordinate technical assistance, and ensure a positive user experience with optimized usage reporting.
- Facility and Office Management: Manage day-to-day facility operations, budget for maintenance and repairs, and oversee vendor services to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, coordinating logistics such as venue selection and audiovisual setup, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and budget.
- Budget Management: Optimize resource allocation and manage budgets effectively for administrative and facility operations.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility usage and maintenance, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
