HDR is hiring an Administrative/Document Control Specialist for our Construction Services group in South Florida.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain project office supplies
  • Work with HR on new employee onboarding
  • Maintain vehicle registration, upkeep logs
  • Track and process vehicle mileage logs
  • Maintain, organize, and update documents in electronic management systems
  • Communicates document requirements and client standards to project team
  • Performs quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents
  • Provide necessary assistance to the Project Manager on documentation
  • Perform other duties as needed


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications (one or more): CDT, CBCS, CCS, MOS
  • Ability to interpret data and apply visuals
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
