Job Summary

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The position of Administrator - Assessment and Data Literacy in the Accountability and Continuous Improvement (AACI) unit coordinates district collaborative support and serves as a resource for statewide and local assessment systems and associated tools and resources for the purpose of increasing data literacy, effectively evaluating the quality and effectiveness of educational programs, and improving student achievement throughout Riverside County. The incumbent, in collaboration with other Educational Services (ES) team members, provides support and technical assistance in the areas of student assessments, comprehensive needs analysis, evaluation of educational program effectiveness, and systems-wide change utilizing identified successes, current research, and other model practices. This position is designated as a certificated management position and is part of the Management Leadership Team.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience and three (3) years of administrative experience which would demonstrate exposure to and utilization of required skills, knowledge, and abilities in performing job-related functions and responsibilities in a K-12 public education setting. Central/district office experience preferred. EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Education or related field from an accredited College/University required. CERTIFICATES/CREDENTIALS/LICENSES:
• Possession of a valid California Teaching or Service Credential and a valid California Administrative Services Credential. You must provide copies of credentials as required for the position with your application materials to qualify for the position.
• Valid California Driver's License
