Daytona Beach Health and Rehabilitation Seeks Admissions Coordinator Assistant (Medicare & Medicaid Experience a Plus!)

Daytona Beach Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator Assistant to join our friendly team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in welcoming new residents and their families to our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Admissions Coordinator with the intake process for new residents
• Gather and verify resident and insurance information (experience with Medicare and Medicaid a plus!)
• Schedule tours for prospective residents and their families
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions paperwork
• Assist with marketing initiatives to promote the facility

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing compassionate care
