Qualifications

Position Summary:

As a nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. It would be best if you met the patient's and family's physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural needs. It would be best if you also communicated effectively with all healthcare team members about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment.

Minimum Requirements:

• You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within six months of employment for Superflex RN positions.

• A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required. Handle with care is preferred.

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
