Requirements / Qualifications

Completion of an accredited professional nursing education program Five years or more of related job experience as it applies to the medical industry CA designated subject CE credential in health and medical technology or the ability to achieve that credential. Hold a current California active unencumbered license as a registered nurse Previous teaching experience preferred not mandatory Excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills Functional abilities to carry out classroom, clinical and laboratory teaching responsibilities Competence in clinical skills in areas of teaching Competent in personal computer applications: word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email. Current American Heart Association CPR training. Letter of introduction Three letters of recommendation dated within the last 12 months Resume
