Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, trained in Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy to join a growing practice in central Indiana. We have a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive services and compassionate state-of-the-art-care.
• Cancer care partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Network®
• Comprehensive practice and multi-disciplinary support and collaboration with medical oncologists, oncologic surgical specialists, genetic counselors, physical therapy, speech therapy, survivorship support, nurse navigators, and research program

Qualifications
Experience
• 2-5 years' experience in Oncology
• 2 years' experience in Transplant
Preferred Certifications:
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN®)
• Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP®)
• Blood & Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN®)
Licensure & Certification
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
