Required Qualifications:
Connecticut Residents Only : The salary range for Connecticut residents is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing [APRN or FNP] or Physician Assistant program
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain)
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
- Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)
