As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be responsible for driving the business cycle for key Data and Measurement capabilities, You will also build cross-functional stakeholder relationships and support adoption of data solutions to drive better media outcomes. You will focus on accelerating AI Innovation through future forward solutions and will coordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate infrastructure implementation and create consistency.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$203,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- 11 years of experience in Experiment Design and Measurement/Attribution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing role influencing across levels.
- Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, attribution, etc.) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
- Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

Responsibilities
- Lead the key Data and Measurement capabilities and infrastructure to drive Agency, customer adoption, growth of Google's solutions, and drive progression from discovery through implementation.
- Drive advanced Data and Measurement product usage when a customer has adopted Google solutions, and ensure that customers operationalize solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on Data Transformation solutions, educate stakeholders, and build relationships to drive Agency and customer business objectives.
- Drive AI Innovation with the Agency and develop senior business partnerships with strategic customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Manage Google Ads and Clouds teams to build future forward data and tech solutions with agencies.
