About the Team & Role:
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (advertising) team plays a crucial role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving effective ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed worldwide, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real-time. This position sits within the US Enterprise Agency team and focuses on connecting TikTok's vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and businesses they know and love. The US Enterprise Agency Partnerships Lead is directly responsible for building relationships and helping advertising clients drive business results on TikTok through consultation, education, and support. You will be responsible for developing strategy and driving revenue for a team of individual contributors. You will report into the Head of US Enterprise Agency and serve as the advocate for those agencies both internally and externally. You will grow and develop Agency Partnerships Managers to become strategic advisors to their clients. Success in this role requires a focus on people management, project and relationship management, client education, campaign measurement, and the ability to tell a strong story that shows TikTok's ability to drive client objectives. TikTok currently observes a hybrid working policy of 3 days in the office each week and 2 days working remotely. This position is full-time and based out of our New York City, NY office.

Responsibilities:
- Craft overall strategy to deliver on revenue targets and steer the team to increased growth potential
- Prioritize sales narratives that relate to the needs of the agencies
- Deep understanding of product to drive enhancements to unlock revenue
- Bring a consultative approach that will align around a customer first methodology
- Provide thought-leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key vertical market trends and customer opportunities
- Develop, mentor, and manage a team of individual contributors

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience within the Big 6 agency space
- Experience in an advertising sales position
- People management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies
- Experience with agency sales cycle
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation channels
- Experience managing individual contributors of varying experience
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
- Ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
