Agency Sales Producer

Insight Global is excited to announce that one of our top insurance teams in Portland, OR is looking to bring on a candidate into their agency as an Insurance Sales Producer! As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans and overseeing a portfolio of clients. Your goal will be to grow our customer base by creating strong relationships with clients and helping them understand their insurance needs.

Day to day:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of insurance products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure policies sold and managed in the agency meet the underwriting principles.
Record client interactions and transactions, detailing client inquiries, requests, concerns, comments, and any actions taken.
Participate in training programs provided by the agency to gain hands on experience to improve sales processes.
Meet daily outbound call requirements on 80 calls and 13 quotes.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets:
- Month 1: $10,000 in premium
- Month 2: $15,000 in premium
- Month 3 and beyond: $20,000+ in premium

Required Skills & Experience
- Active Property and Casualty License in the state of Oregon.
- 2+ years of proven experience as an insurance sales producer or similar role.
- Willingness to be mentored and coached to improve sales techniques.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Life, Accident, and Health License in the State of Oregon
- 1+ years of commercial insurance experience
