A large Automotive company located in Dearborn, MI is looking for an Agile Coach to join their IT Supply Chain team. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills who has a solid track record of coaching Global IT programs in the adoption of agile and scaled agile values and practices to create autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving programs. They must have a passion for helping others, making a difference in the results of IT's most important initiatives, and have the ability to influence at all levels of management.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
• Understand goals for the change and be able to translate them into impacts to the organization.
• Coordinate with multiple sponsors/business owners/teams throughout the organization.
• Assess and manage risk based on adoption of change.
• Lead or manage the OCM activities on a high-complexity, transformational, or program-wide change.
• Develop an actionable change management strategy for the change based on situational awareness.
• Coach our new multiyear Material Management Program with multiple product line teams and assist them with their enterprise adoption of Agile.
• Help mentor individuals and influence the leadership team.
• Facilitate learning through workshops, PI Plannings, align PI planning with 300+ interfaces.

Actively try to identify waste and areas of improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years' experience working as an Agile Coach with agile software development Teams in a large corporate IT environment.
• 2+ years of experience in OCM (Organizational Change Management)
• 5+ years of practical experience applying agile and lean values and practices on large IT programs to deliver results.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Owner
• Good working knowledge of the principles and practices involved in Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, QA Automation, Test Driven Development, and Value Stream Mapping.

Experience managing risk and issues across different work streams.
