Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation and Project Management Coach to guide and support our organizational units in enhancing project management practices, product ownership, agile practices, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will observe and assess our current workflows, providing tailored coaching and process adaptations to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines and frameworks to meet requirements for project tracking and reporting.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
