Our client, Banking Industry Leader, is seeking a Quality Specialist/Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and action management expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What's the Job?

• Establish and optimize test and automation strategies, including test data generation, defect management, and reporting.
• Create and manage test automation frameworks and tools across the application stack (UI, API, Backend).
• Lead test planning and ensure alignment and sign-off for test cases from business and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the System Design Lifecycle (SDLC) by building quality using best practices and tools.
• Manage test execution, traceability, and support continuous integration and deployment activities.

What's Needed?

• Expertise in various testing strategies and tools, with a focus on Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework and experience with Jira.
• Understanding of DevOps culture, architecture, and bank standards, with the ability to support testing of architecture designs.
• Excellent action management, prioritization, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of the technologies and architectures related to M365 products and services.
