We're looking for an outstanding Product/Program Manager who will partner with data science and engineering team to help build a privacy first on-device search platform that powers the next generation of search capabilities in iOS and macOS Spotlight as well several apps in the Apple ecosystem. This individual needs a solid track record building and maintaining complex software and machine learning pipelines, platforms, tools and processes that deliver end-to-end experiences that delight customers.



Description
- Build and run project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. Handle risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams

- Work across research and engineering teams to develop state-of-the-art machine learning solutions

- Coordinate and drive end-to-end projects from opportunity analyses, feature definition, and program execution.

- Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team

- Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration

- Drive on time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates

- Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources vital to attack and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks and track risks to schedule and product quality, including cross-functional dependencies
