Your Role

The Air Logistics Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for implementing and managing the Customer Service to meet the expectations agree as well as continuously optimizing the customer service experience resulting in customer excellence. The job holder is leading the Project team dedicated to the vertical and/or account designation under their scope, and are responsible for direct interaction with our customers, encompassing but not limited to; proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, interaction with our sales colleagues and equally as important, ensuring that our Knowledge Centers (O/RCC’s) and Shared Services have all of the necessary information (including systematic information) to be able to execute on our customers behalf.

Your Responsibilities

  • To provide leadership and direction to the Project team
  • To take ownership and ensure the implementation of a Customer Care strategy within the team.
  • Actively drive the Operational execution to arrange the transport requirements as per customer request. This includes
    arrangement of pick-up orders, flight planning and delivery orders
  • To ensure vendor management (e.g. trucking companies, airlines and special service) is in alignment with KN guidelines
    and customers' requirements.
  • To ensure global projects are managed with most pro-active communication within KN network and Customer.
  • To ensure full financial goals are met which includes vendor and management linked to all FSL/Acon tasks
  • Reports to Air Logistics Customer Care Manager
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (requires flexibility to answer matters off-hours)


Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in 3PL-Air Logistics
  • 3+ years of experience in People Management
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 1+ years' experience with Customer relations
