Project Details

Daily Responsibilities
  • This team works in PPO (Portfolio & projects office)
  • They have several dashboards built in Tableau that use Cloudera Hadoop as a data source.
  • They need customizations & enhancements to some existing boards as well as new boards built all in Tableau
  • This resource will need to work directly with the stake holders to understand the requirements for both new dashboards & enhancements to existing dashboards. They will need to know where to go to get the data on the back-end
  • This resource will also need to do some user-training on the dashboards.
  • This is a very distributed team so this resource will need to work with developers that are spread all over the world. (client uses Tableau v.10.5 but any recent version is fine)
  • Create new Tableau dashboards
  • Create enhancements to existing dashboards
  • Look through different data sources to understand where the data needs to come from
  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand dashboard requirements
  • Provide some light occasional training for users of the dashboards
