TheHousekeeping Supervisoris responsible for supervisory duties in the housekeeping department. This includes, but is not limited to:
Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Housekeeping Supervisormust have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule of weekends and holidays.

- Supervising the housekeeping staff
- Breaking out the house and provide team with daily assignments
- Evaluating the staff’s job performance and coaching and counseling as necessary.
- Clearly communicating the standards of performance and ensure all required training occurs.
- Performing and supervising the cleaning and inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back of the house.
- Ensuring compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, and brand standards.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining accurate inventory.
- Following proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in a guest room.
- Reporting any items in need of repair.
- Following all safety procedures while working.
