The Nurse Manager is responsible for providing clinical oversight and expertise related to community-based programing, the community health needs assessment health improvement plan and related quality control projects. Serves as an administrator of the Nurse-Family Partnership program and supervises a team of home visiting nurses across the service area, ensuring grant deliverables are achieved. Participates in collaborative work groups in the community and advisory boards related to community health improvement.

Qualifications

Education/Training/Experience:

BSN required.

5+ years' experience community health nursing, quality control project management; Excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic computer skills.

Licenses/Certifications: (indicate if required or preferred)

Current RN license (PA) in good standing (required)

Advanced nursing degree or certificate (preferred)

Valid PA driver's license, current automobile insurance and reliable vehicle for use on duty.

Conditions of Employment
