The Regional Cancer Center, part of Lee Health, is seeking an experienced RN to join their Oncology Team. This Ambulatory RN Care Coordinator will help ensure an exceptional patient care experience. The ideal candidate will have oncology experience and outpatient experience is preferred. From Diagnosis to Treatment to Survivorship. We are there at every step.

The Ambulatory RN Care Coordinator utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to engage, educate, promote and maintain optimal health status of assigned patients. This position functions in a collaborative partnership with the patient, physician and the care team in the office setting. This position serves in an advocacy role to ensure the delivery of quality, efficient, and cost-effective patient-centric health care services. The Ambulatory RN Care Coordinators case load consists of moderate to high risk patients.
