What We're Looking For:

We're hiring a rockstar Analyst to join our lean but impactful GTM Planning and Analytics team within the RevOps org at Meltwater. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Planning and Analytics and directly support / get exposure to global senior leadership on an array of strategic and tactical topics including: sales territory design, account scoring/modeling, forecasting, performance analysis, and the annual planning process.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with sales leadership on sales territory design: determine which accounts should be assigned to each sales rep in the organization in order to maximize their opportunity to hit quota and accelerate the growth of the business.
  • Prepare monthly presentations on business results and provide input on what key business trends the executive leadership team and board of directors should be aware of / leverage in the process of making strategic decisions about where resources are allocated in the business
  • Help design and maintain a framework around enriching our CRM with firmographic and technographic data, which is a key lever in determining which accounts have the greatest fit with Meltwater's Ideal Customer Profile and thus a priority for our sales organization to acquire or grow.
  • Design and produce an analysis on a range of topics that ultimately inform how Revops ad GTM leadership understands historical performance; along with what to prioritize in order to improve results going forward (bookings, retention, pipeline, activity metrics, conversion rates etc)
  • Support the annual planning process: help build and maintain the framework that our GTM leadership team will use to progress through the 2025 business plan, which sets the targets and strategy that the organization will operate on.


What You'll Bring:
  • 1-2 years in an analyst or consulting role, preferably with SaaS experience
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals
  • Willingness to occasionally work extended hours when required
  • Demonstrable experience over-performing in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritization, scheduling and time management
  • Ability to translate raw data into a compelling narrative that articulates the key takeaways / focus areas
  • Strong working knowledge of Google sheets (analysis and visualization), Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Slides

Compensation Overview:
  • Competitive compensation - Base Salary range for this position: $70,000 - $100,000 USD per year before bonuses. The company also offers for this position 5% quarterly bonuses [subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan]
