What You Will Learn:

Drive operational excellence by strategically managing stock transfers between distribution centers, optimizing inventory levels to maximize order fulfillment rates, and spearheading data-driven process improvements to support sales growth.

This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure smooth shipment fulfillment. You will proactively address potential issues and lead efforts to optimize stock utilization across the network, aiming to minimize manual intervention and consistently meet customer service level expectations.
  • Forward thinker to implement any needed process improvements within the inventory network
  • Assist in improving daily processing of inbound and outbound orders
  • Perform yearly Physical Inventories
  • Review possible E&O items and work with internal teams to reduce impact across the network
  • Partner with Ops teams in ensuring forecasted stock is available across the DC Network
  • Troubleshoot inventory and system issues to ensure maximum order fulfillment for orders
  • Develop and maintain inventory processes for 3PL locations
  • Ability to manage and maintain inventory reconciliations and report findings and escalate where appropriate based on tolerances, activity, and adherence to SOP's
  • Recognize and investigate inventory and discrepancies while taking into account manual stock movements
  • Investigate DC to DC inventory discrepancies to maximize available stock
  • Create and own stock transfers within DC network to support expected demand and shift stock as across network as needed
  • Coordinate with GBSC for confirmation, prioritization of stock and work closely with DCs to facilitate timely shipments
  • Publish execution KPIs and provide root cause analysis


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a customer care, wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative by acting as a self-starter and taking on additional responsibility to further personal growth
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence functional groups.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers, engage in healthy conflict and effectively problem solve within a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet commitment with strong attention to detail
  • Execute process improvement and lead projects enthusiastically in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and others relevant to the company processes such as Power Query and PowerBI.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in SAP preferred.
