Job Description:

The successful candidate will support the administration and compliance of leave and disability programs across North America and Europe, ensuring a seamless employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in administering disability and time-off programs in the U.S., Canada, Switzerland, and the U.K.
  • Manage process documentation, employee communication, and data management related to leave and disability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant U.S. federal, state, and local laws.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, Payroll, and Workday support teams to implement and manage program changes.
  • Handle employee escalations and inquiries related to leave and disability programs.
  • Support vendor relationships, including scheduling, communications, and error reporting.
  • Participate in benefits-related projects as required.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration.
  • Experience in leave and disability administration is required.
  • Familiarity with Workday and payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local compliance regulations.
  • Basic Excel skills and attention to detail.
