Description

The Analytics Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the analysis and development of reporting and analytics solutions for UCLA's electronic health record (EHR) system by gathering business needs, documenting requirements, identifying existing reports and tools that meet the needs of stakeholders, and delivering them to stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• support the Business Intelligence Operations team by triaging report requests
• triage Epic released upgrade documentation for review
• complete workflow optimization projects
• facilitate access and training related to OHIA's product offerings and promote adoption across customer groups and the UCLA Health self-service analytics community
• develop and nurture business relationships by understanding customer needs and matching those needs with exiting or future OHIA products and solutions and will have a full understanding of OHIA's product offerings and develop marketing materials related to those offerings

This is a flex-hybrid role which will require you to be onsite at least 5% of the time or as required by operational need; there are no reimbursements for travel to "home office" location. Each employee must complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager which will outline arrangement parameters and aids both parties in fully understanding expectations. Arrangements are regularly evaluated, and are subject to termination.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $ 64,800 - $ 137,600 . The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately between the minimum and $92,999 annually.
