Job Summary

The Analytics Education and Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing the data-driven decision-making capabilities of our organization by teaching users how to access, leverage and create data assets. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of analytics tools, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating and empowering individuals to harness the power of data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Education. Master's degree preferred.
• 4 years of related experience in health care, including a minimum of 3 years of data analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in BI Tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc., with a proven track record of utilizing these tools for data
• analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or education.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in training materials.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technology and user needs.
