8.Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mobile applications using various SDKs to enhance customer and operational experiences in merchandising and store operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that meet our business objectives.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by rigorously testing and debugging.
- Mentor junior developers providing guidance in best practices and code reviews to uplift the team's skill set.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and apply them to current projects to keep our solutions at the cutting edge.
- Analyze and optimize UI and back-end application code for efficiency and performance.
- Work closely with product managers to conceptualize build test and realize products.
- Implement measures to safeguard user data and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Provide detailed estimates of work and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues reported by users or automated systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and learning from each project.
-Qualifications-
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer with a strong portfolio in mobile application development.
- Expertise in Mobile SDKs and a solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Strong knowledge in Merchandising and Store Operations domains.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A commitment to learning and applying new technologies.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field is preferred.
