About the Team
The TikTok Client Arch team is dedicated to productivity and quality of TikTok App's engineering projects, empowering thousands of TikTok mobile/front-end developers in areas including infrastructure, app architecture, engineering tool chains, and app foundations.

You will join a team consisting of creative, passionate developers who always strive to stay at the forefront of technologies. We constantly push the limits of what our technology is capable of, strive to be leaders in innovation, and deeply value the diversity of team's background. We share our learning through regular weekly meetings, tech talks, and internal tech journals.

Online Assessment
Candidates who pass resume evaluation will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment in HackerRank.

Responsibilities
- Build client infrastructure and tools to enhance engineering efficiency
- Improve the performance, stability and efficiency of technical solutions
- Drive architectural innovations to support world-class mobile app development
- Collaborate with product engineering teams and infrastructure teams to deliver technical solutions and best practices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors/experience
- Experience in native Android or iOS development
- Proficiency in at least one of these programming languages: Java or Kotlin on Android, or Objective-C or Swift on iOS
- Ability to understand and debug large and complex code bases
- Excellent team communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software development principles, capabilities, and limitations of mobile platforms and clean architecture
- Passionate about technology with a strong geek spirit, highly interested in bringing value to products through technical innovation
