• This candidate should be fellowship-trained in obstetric anesthesia.
• This anesthesiologist will have the opportunity to conduct clinical research with the aid of the Guthrie Foundation

Comprehensive Compensation and benefits

• $525K to $575 total compensation
• $25K starting bonus and $225K retention bonus after one year
• $15K quality/citizenship bonus available yearly

• Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match (1/2 of first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contributions
