About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Angular Front End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality, cloud-native software solutions, particularly within an AWS environment. This role involves designing complex front-end architectures, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust front-end solutions using Angular and ensure smooth integration with backend services.
  • Build cloud-native software solutions utilizing AWS services, with an understanding of cloud infrastructure and Terraform.
  • Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following agile/XP/TDD practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners to deliver user-friendly solutions.
  • Communicate team progress, identify blockers, and drive solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Engage in paired programming, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
  • Perform independent research to improve development processes and present findings to the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the CI/CD process, recommending and implementing automation strategies.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Angular and front-end development.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure. Experience with Terraform is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Experience with automation and optimization, identifying patterns to increase efficiency.
  • Familiarity with functional programming and best practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and contributing to the development lifecycle.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to build robust, error-resistant solutions.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD stacks and associated best practices, with the ability to set up and optimize CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of backend integration in a full-stack environment.
  • Proven ability to turn complex ideas into user stories and break them down into manageable solutions.
  • Experience in designing solutions with the team's long-term productivity and growth in mind.
