This position is responsible for assisting physician/providers by performing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits on eligible patients. This position requires moderate travel throughout the greater Tampa metro area.

• Provides care appropriate to adult and geriatric patients, including knowledge of growth and development.

• Performs billable services such as Annual Wellness.

• Performs Medicare Annual Wellness Visit.

• Obtains and interprets information to identify patient needs and provide care needed.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• LPN License

Preferred experience:

• Minimum of 1 year LPN experience

• RN License

• BLS Certification
