Job Description:
  • Mechanic will perform/assist with all launch, recovery, preflight/thru flight/Basic Post Flight inspections, ground handling, maintenance, engine runs, operational checkouts, and servicing.
  • Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all electro-mechanical and Pnuedralic systems and components on the aircraft.
  • Responsible for the acceptableness of all electrical, hydraulic-pneumatic, propulsion, landing gear, flight control surfaces and periodic inspections, general airframe condition, aircraft furnishings and crew escape system of the aircraft
  • Will be required to remove panels and associated hardware to obtain access equipment requiring repair
  • Must have minimum of 4 years F-16 or other legacy fighter heavy maintenance experience
  • Military Fighter aircraft experience (F-16 a MUST).
