Jefferson Health's Physician & APP recruitment team has an opening for an APP recruiter working with PAs, NP, CNM, etc.

• As an APP Recruiter, you will be an essential part of our team and be responsible for the daily oversight and management of the candidate experience for some of our most vital roles
• Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of clinical staff
• Sell candidates on our opportunity by leveraging specifics about our organization
• Utilize direct sourcing techniques
• Be able to multi-task and serve multiple hiring managers
• Advocate and support for candidates throughout their life cycle
• Analyze market trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with hiring managers to proactively identify candidate needs
• Become a content expert in the competitive landscape of our markets
• Monitor requisitions and maintain candidate workflows
• Review resumes and applications by screening them against job descriptions and qualifications
• Conduct screening interviews of qualified candidates and coordinate any subsequent interviews
• Extend and coordinate offers

You will be recruiting nurse practitioners, physicians' assistants, and nurse midwives across several outpatient health clinics and multiple hospitals. Our ability to deliver excellent patient care and operational success depends directly on the efforts of our provider recruiters. Provider recruiters are expected to leverage their experience in attracting and selling candidates while effectively utilizing sourcing tools provided to deliver a high volume of hires.
