  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Delivery Lead to oversee our Application Support and Optimization program.
  • This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, enhancement, and modernization of applications within a client portfolio as part of a managed service, leveraging industry-specific frameworks and ITSM practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Application Support and Optimization framework, ensuring it is cost-effective and future-ready.
  • Oversee the support process, including issue identification, helpdesk ticketing, initial triage, support escalation, problem management, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate application enhancements through prioritization, backlog grooming, sprint planning, development, and production release.
  • Drive application modernization efforts, including assessment, proof of concept, and deployment planning.
  • Ensure high standards of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage communication and technical execution within a global, 24×7 support model.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in leading application support, enhancement, and modernization programs and managed services.
  • Experience with a global team and delivery model as well as global outsourcing and service models.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and industry-specific frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues.
  • Experience with Agile program management, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
