ALTA IT is looking for an AppDev Engineer to join a team of experts supporting the intelligence community on a multiyear engagement not only migrating apps but also helping several dev teams across the agency that are actively developing container native apps that will likely be hosted in OpenShift.

Details

We are in the process of deploying OpenShift in a number of different environments across DIA on all three network fabrics (U,S,TS). We are beginning to migrate a series of applications that are already containerized from upstream OKD (The Community Distribution of Kubernetes that powers Red Hat OpenShift) into OpenShift 4.x.

Required Skills:

• Clearance: TS/SCI, TS/SCI w CI Poly is preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development and deployment experience in virtualized environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with OpenShift
• Bachelor's degree
