Software Development:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application software for UB's enterprise systems.
- Document software specifications to ensure clarity and maintainability.
Collaboration in Agile Environment:
- Work collaboratively with team members and customers in an Agile environment, fostering effective communication and iterative development.
Customer Interaction:
- Work directly with customers to develop specifications, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.
- Engage with end-users to gather feedback and address user needs.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of developed applications.
Web Development Techniques:
- Understand and utilize contemporary web development tools and techniques to create scalable and secure solutions.
Technology Adoption and Innovation:
- Stay informed about new technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve enterprise IT services through the integration of innovative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years' experience in the Information Systems field (includes internships and relevant projects).
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in a technical field
- Experience with one of the following languages preferred: Angular, Java, JavaScript, Perl, SQL , Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning or PeopleCode.
