• Reports quality issues / customer claims to relevant parts of the organization (incl. CCMS/CAPRIS). Documents all activities in CRM tool (CAPRIS/ACE) and / or in the Application.
• Is responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers. Performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation. Reports technical results and leads customer presentations.
• Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes.
• Can supervise and prioritize laboratory work for customer samples, and report technical results to customers.
• Leads training of Sales / Marketing and other technical personnel (external focus).
• Mentors and supervises interns, Prism associates, Application engineers.
• Traveling of up to 30-40 % is required for this role.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience with adhesive technology for automotive application preferred.
• Excellent relationship building and teamwork skills.
• Strong product, applications, customer knowledge to deliver/quantify value and run demos.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $76,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
