Daily, the successful candidate will support and handle settlement batch jobs / review change requests / collaborate with business on writing technical requirements and creating stories in ADO. The resource will partner with the Finance team on integrating new tender types, payment methods and associated OnDemand reporting through code changes and creating auto jobs responsible for transmitting CASS files into various applications such as SAP and CBP. Oversight over ongoing OnDemand reporting requirements for settlement and exception reporting for Finance reconciliation efforts.

Technical Skills:

• Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Retail Technologies (for example, Payments, Back Office Systems, Point of Sale, Pricing)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information systems, or related field
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
  • Ability to direct vendors and partners in deployments
  • Understanding of Downstream business processes and full value chain
  • Proficient English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in interacting with and/or leading development and support teams across countries and time zones.
  • Knowledge of Micro Focus Enterprise Developer and Enterprise Server required with COBOL, JCL, and SQL Server Database.
  • Proficient in file transfer Technologies like SFTP and IBM Connect Direct, including configuring new Sites, creating/sharing/importing SSH Keys and PGP Keys as required, and setting up Windows batch jobs using the CLIs.
  • Experience in SDLC.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of the Credit Card Payments Industry and PCI
  • Experience with discovery and learning of new technologies.
  • Experience with data analysis - regarding data collected from applications.
  • Ability to set vision of success for technology pilot programs.
  • Experience with creating basic tools using Power Automate.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Agile tools like ADO or equivalent.
