Excellent knowledge on Incident Management , Major Incident Management, Change Review Deployment, COB Management
Ability to engage a large audience and lead the discussion with clear, articulate, and highly assertive communication and experience tracking issues through tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Good coordination between various infra TI teams OR dev partners
Quick turnaround time for solving any issue
Quick in escalation handling MIM involving ICM sending user communications
Good debugging and analytical skills
Must be very good in communication.
Good to have / Secondary Skills
Exposure or high-level understanding of cloud computing platforms (OpenShift, AWS, Azure) is preferred.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, container management and Previous experience of Site Reliability Engineering concepts is nice to Have.
Experience with log aggregation tools such as ELK/Splunk is preferred, experience with Dashboard/reporting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Tableau are desirable
