Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our team in an international, heterogeneous corporation. Your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the application suite for Americas Hubs and Gateways facilities. You will ensure that the software performs at a high level and always remains operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for IT software solutions as a service provider.
• Manage the development, support, and upgrades of applications throughout their life-cycle.
• Ensure that development projects align with business needs, requirements, and budget.
• Translate end-user requirements into IT solutions, system specifications, and test plans.
• Ensure high-quality development, change, and testing to minimize IT disruptions or outages.
• Provide end-to-end service management and act as the point of contact for resolving run-time issues.
• Collaborate with business IT, users, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and address concerns.
• Represent IT Software Solutions to customers, vendors, and other IT service providers.
• Generate regular reports on activity progress, milestones, risks, resource utilization, and quality.
• Update and publish application roadmaps and solution profiles in accordance with global standards.
• Implement formal process methodologies to ensure repeatability of service delivery and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Manage processes, procedures, standards, documentation, supplier payments, etc., within the application development and support team.
• Lead and supervise employees in a dynamic environment.
• Establish objectives, targets, and KPIs for the organization annually.

Essential Qualifications

• Possess development skills in technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#, and SQL Server Database
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional IT experience in an international corporation, with a focus on IT development and support.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Technical understanding of systems development and operation.
• Vision, passion, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills.
• Customer orientation, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Possess development skills in technologies such as .net, React, NextJS, Flutter.
• Business management and budget control experience.
• Knowledge of application life-cycle management and methodologies (CM-tools, agile, scrum, waterfall).
