- Minimum Experience : 5 Yrs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receiving and completing work through the ticketing application, and including the monitoring and assigning of tickets in the department's ticket queues
- Creating, submitting and follow up of various support requests such as Change Requests, Firewall requests, and server build requests
- Creating and implementing low-mid complexity level processes
- Troubleshooting low-mid complexity level issues on internal and external applications
- Provide client support and issue resolution via ticketing system, e-mail or web-conferencing tools
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of client's system or customizations as needed
- Administrating low-mid complexity level applications
- SFTP account support to include low-mid complexity level troubleshooting and account maintenance
- Create, run, and distribute departmental reports/metrics
- Monitor application alerts and initiate action as needed
- Documentation tasks such as creating new or updating existing processes, procedures, runbooks, workflows, etc.
- Assisting in the resolution of incidents or outages
- Effectively communicate with other team members about technology issues affecting systems operations and client workflow/production
- Make suggestions for improvements in the software and implementation processes
- Adhere to all company policies and standards
- Complete other duties, projects and scheduled tasks as assigned
