Applications Analyst

Leads application analysis and recommends, prioritizes, and implements plans for improvements and enhancements to new and existing application systems for assigned functional area. Evaluates and applies technology to business processes while continually monitoring and evaluating opportunities for improvements. Provides consultation to system u on enterprise applications and related business processes to ensure organizational effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

Must be proficient in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics), HRIS/HCM systems (Kronos), Electronic Health Record (EHR)/Electronic Medical Record (EMR) MatrixCare, Resident Management and Billing System (Yardi), Risk Management (RL6), and other enterprise software applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Strong interpersonal and management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with other functional areas
Bachelors degree
Minimum 3 years experience
Must be able to speak with end u with familiarity in clinical industry

Data Analytics - Power BI
