The portal team will identify needed system improvements to modernize and automate various state services that citizens utilize. This role is more than just application development, as you will analyze the needs and the environment to help ensure the solution the team develops considers the current architecture and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements. This applicant will be someone who enjoys collaborating within a team environment to provide end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced agile environment to create the ultimate UI/UX experience. ServiceNow experience is a huge plus. This position will report to the Portal Development Manager.

This temporary, full-time, benefit-eligible position is based on federal ARPA funding. Position funding will end no later than December 31, 2026.

This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD), supporting the Citizen Portal Team, and will report to the Citizen Portal Development Manager.
