Title: Appointment Scheduler

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay: $19-20 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for making new patient and follow up appointments within a specialty clinic. You will need to navigate the EHR system to make the appointment for the allotted time and with the correct provider. This is a fast paced, phone heavy position.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience scheduling appointments for a medical office.
• NextGen experience preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and a team player mentality.
