Appointment Scheduling Specialist

Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Appointment Scheduler

Work location: 800 5th Avenue - Suite 500 Fort Worth, Texas 76104

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Here's What You Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• Two years of related experience in a healthcare environment (PREFERRED)

  • Two years of healthcare experience and High Volume Call Center experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED)

What You Will Do

• Schedule tests, procedures, and referral appointments

• Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments

• Communicates with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests

• May collect fees such as co-pays/co-insurance, gathers insurance information and patient personal data
