We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finding, nurturing, and generating qualified leads
• Meeting sales goals to achieve company growth.
• Lead generation and the identification of potential clients and sales opportunities will be completed via cold outreach which includes phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Use their interpersonal skills to develop relationships and interest in doing business with the company.
• Use CRM tools both automated and personalized touches of calling, emailing, and follow up activities to effectively initiate conversations and build relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain an organized database of sales data and reports and identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement to increase new sales.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of Virtual Outbound Sales experience required
• 2+ years of B2B technical sales experience required
• Telecommunication industry knowledge required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An understanding of call center fundamentals
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to empathize with customers
