Required Skill:
  • 2 + years of experience in a bookkeeping/accounting role
  • 1+ year of experience with Accounts Receivable
  • 1+ year of experience with Asset Record Maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Previous experience with SAP
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good computer and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented individual with strong organized skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with wide range of people
  • College degree in Accounting, or Business is preferred


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable duties including collection efforts and updating account/payment status, preparation of invoices, statements, & credit memos, and resolving customer billing discrepancies
  • Accounts payable invoicing, payments, and vendor relations
  • Inventory receipt and transfers between locations, inventory reconciliation
  • Maintaining general ledger including posting transactions, journal entries and reconciling accounts
  • Bank and Credit Card statement reconciliation
  • Accurate preparation and timely filing of State & Local B&O/Excise/Use Tax filings
  • Prepare internal and external audit materials along with management
  • Prepare monthly and annual year-end reporting forms, including 1099's
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies to resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain record of asset purchase, disposal, depreciation, and reporting
  • Special projects as assigned
