An employer in Fremont, CA is seeking an Architectural Designer with 4-7 years of experience to work on multiple projects across their automotive manufacturing facilities.
This candidate will support the design and construction of expansions and renovations to existing industrial, manufacturing, and office facilities in the Fremont facilities
and be responsible for developing architectural design packages for permitting and construction.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
Minimum 4 years of experience
Advanced proficiency in Revit - Ability to complete detailed models, coordinate disciplines, create schedules and details, work in worksets, and create families in Revit
Understanding of how to create efficient construction and permit drawing sets
Understanding of California Building Code Requirements
Construction administration experience is an asset
