*Responsibilities for internal Candidates
\n

\n
· Travel to needed hospice facilities to promote growth and assist as needed within the following states: WI, MN, MI, OH, PA, TN, MO, IN, NJ
\n
· Assist in Hiring, directs, trains, and supervises the sales team at the agency level.
\n
· Coaches' employees to overcome objections and collaboratively work toward growth goals.
\n
· Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of community resources providing in-services and education to the sales team.
\n
· Communicates with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals about interested, prospective and/or current patients.
\n
· Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with referral sources, patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the community at large to bring a greater understanding of the hospice philosophy and support to all patients that desire our care.
\n
· Assists the Director of Admissions in overseeing the referral to admissions process to achieve growth goals.

Responsibilities
    \n
  • Provide leadership and accountability by coaching, developing, and retaining a high performing sales team.
  • \n
  • Demonstrate consistency in achieving both admit and census goals by monitoring and assessing the progress and development of each Account Executive/Territory. Prompt attention and action to any gap in performance to budgeted expectations and barriers related to these gaps.
  • \n
  • Build high performing Sales Team by recruiting and hiring top sales talent.
  • \n
  • Compile, communicate, and execute best practices in the field. Help develop new ideas, protocols and efficiencies for maximizing marketing resources to grow market share.
  • \n
  • Develop a collaborative partnership with the Operation Leadership team. Create and support a shared vision for growth between Sales and Operations.
  • \n
  • Reports to the Division President and/or Division Vice President of Business Development. Proactively implements all company initiatives. Brings real solutions to all challenging situations.
  • \n
  • Any other tasks that are assigned.
  • \n


Education and Experience
    \n
  • Bachelor's Degree or National Board Approved Licensure
  • \n
  • 2 years Sales Management with minimum of 3 year's experience in Industry
  • \n
  • Must possess strong leadership skills to foster teamwork and maintain high team engagement.
  • \n
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout assigned area.
  • \n
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • \n
  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • \n
  • Must be driven, energetic, organized and professional.
  • \n
